Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase a new product separately.
14-Day Period
Subject to the above, if the goods are shipped to your location, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, Provided that the package has not been opened at all, or has been used. As stated above, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or worn, with its tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
